The ASMSG Staff
R. Grey Hoover – Founder & Administrator
R Grey Hoover is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and a retiree from The Pennsylvania State University after a career in the field of Information Technology. He is a commercial fixed and rotary wing pilot, and at one time, was a flight instructor helping ROTC cadets launch careers in aviation. Grey’s love of flying and his father’s distinguished service in the Army Air Corps during World War II led him into the field of writing. Originally he planned to create an autobiographical family portfolio of his father’s military exploits, but upon meeting and befriending many World War II veterans during his research, he decided to expand his project to include many of their stories. In honor of all veterans, and especially those who fought in the China-Burma-India Theater, the portfolio exploded into a historical novel, now published, entitled Kicker. The book is available in ebook, paperback, and hardcover formats from Amazon and Barnes and Noble. Grey currently lives in the wooded mountains of central Pennsylvania where the story in his book begins and ends. He enjoys wood carving, travel, fishing and helping other authors promote their books. Grey is ASMSG’s Administrator.

Fifteen years later, a career break to raise her children gradually evolved into a piano tutoring business after Ceri introduced a friend’s daughter to the piano. After completing a long stint of voluntary work as a school governor, Ceri re-indulged her writing muse, switched on the computer—and a few years later published her debut sci-fi/fantasy thriller Rogue Genesis in July 2013, the first of four books in a series called Shimmer in the Dark. She is currently writing the sequel. For ASMSG, Ceri is one of the Website Admins, Twitter Coordinator, and Co-Admins in various areas. You can find Ceri at her website Shimmer in the Dark.

Natasha Johnstone – Facebook Coordinator
Natasha Johnstone is from South Africa where she lives with her husband, two sons and four dogs. Contrary to popular belief she does not sleep among lions and wake up with Zebra’s in her back yard. If she is lucky she gets to see a bird or two on her way to work through the suburbs. On a typical day she manages a full time job as a very busy Internal Sales Co-Ordinator. At night she transforms into a book blogger for her blog tour company Nat’s Book Nook, her Author blog, as well as other blog tour companies that she is a crew member of. She is Admin in two ASMSG Facebook Groups and numerous other Facebook Groups. To say she is a Facebook addict is an understatement! During laundry, cleaning house and kids homework she is known for her quirky and relentless promotion of all authors. Somehow she also finds time to be a Guild Reviewer, PA to an author, active member in other social networks and online book clubs, Amazon Reviewer and proud Bigfoot Babe. When all is said is done, she retires to bed to read, after spending several hours working on her own books, as author Ash Stone. Fortunately her brain has not grasped the concept on the importance of sleep as yet. On weekends her time is divided between her family, friends, garden, shopping and author/ blog business. Her favorite day is Sunday when she ends a hectic week with a delicious Sunday lunch and a romantic bath with hubby.
